Total money lost $99

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased from Nouvalift (from seeing an advertisement on Facebook) a little sample tube of 0.5 ounces of wrinkle reducer for $3.95 + $1.00 for shipping. I received it, tried for puffiness under my eyes and after half an hour my skin felt like it had a strong astringent film. I didn’t realize I had to cancel the membership to this product within 15 days of receipt. Now my account was charged with $99 and I can’t dispute it because it’s legally covered by the fact that I didn’t cancel this product within the 15 days trial period. Apparently I’m told I didn’t read carefully (I’m sure it was well concealed information) about the policy of return. I totally forgot about this little tube ( see attached picture). I buy jars of expensive creams in department stores and never have I seen this size, other than in free samples. Traditionally if you like a sample, then you buy the product. Had this been a regular jar of cream I would have made sure to return it. I call it a little Trojan horse. It’s really disgusting business practice and I hope to get compensated.
