Type of a scam Other

This company featured a free trail of an eye cream with a link to an article that was supposedly sponsored by Angelina Jolie. It made it appear that she was the company which is not the case. Upon receipt of the product I felt something was wrong as the package it came in was nondescript with no return address or company information. Then the free product was not free as it was actually a 14 day trial period and I was charged $100 for each bottle. When I called customer service (by searching online as there was not number in the receipt), I was told the disclaimer was in the small print on their website that I had to cancel within the 14 days to get a refund. When I asked to talk to a supervisor I was told there was one not available. When I asked for someone to call me back, I was told they do not do that. I asked what can you do? They can offer me 50% off future orders. Really? I can email customer support. Which I have, three times and each time I get a canned response of – your account has been cancelled. This is a fraudulent free offer scam.
