They keep calling me even when I have repeatedly asked them not to. Today, the agent gave their company name – novaduct, as well as the beginning of their address – downtown avenue (neither town name or street # were provided) before hanging up the call. The phone number on my caller ID was 647-705-6017, though I have no idea if it was spoofed or real.

I purchased a Groupon for Air duct cleaning and the company is still on Groupon called Nova Duct Cleaning. I called them and made an appointment 3 times and nobody showed up. I moved all furniture to have access to the ducts in the whole house and made the time to be home all 3 times but they never showed up or called except once and they said their tech fell down from a roof and broke something so they rescheduled my appointment and never showed up.
