This clothing website had a sale going on, I purchased a 2 piece set for $20, immediately the seller asked to pay the invoice so I waited until the next day to pay. The total cane up to $29.97 including shipping which is $9.97, I ordered this item from August 19, 2018 and I have sent several emails to the seller about the tracking of my order. No response, when I realized it had been nearly 2 weeks, they emailed me saying shipments are done on Wednesday’s and one other day of the week. So my order would be shipped out on the next shipment date. It’s now Oct 5, 2018 and no response from the seller. I’ve sent countless amounts of messages to the seller asking about my item that was purchased and no responses at all. It also seems as if the seller has blocked me. Please help me, if I can’t get my money back for the item I never received then please help me shut down this business because this is not how customers should be treated. Thank you
