Type of a scam Worthless Problem-solving Service Scam
While in the process of renewing my North Carolina vehicle license plate, this company came up after an Internet search with a link that had the look and feel of a government payment site. After filling in the requested information, I was asked to provide credit card information. I was immediately charged and not notified that there would be a $39.99 "consierge fee". Had this information been available from the beginning, I would have opted out of the service. There is an option buried within the web page that provides a refund of the concierge fee, no questions asked, but it difficult to find.
In general, I feel like this site is intentionally masquerading as a government site, the fees are intentionally hidden, and they are hoping people will use their services without looking at the details.
