Company sent a letter in the mail with information regarding a hospital stay and a provider I don’t recall seeing 9 months after my stay. I called them to ask for a statement detailing the providers charges and they state what I have received is all they can provide me. If I had any questions to contact the hospital. I have spoke to the hospital and they have never heard of the billing center and unsure where the bill has come from. I have paid my stay in full to the hospital and provider’s dont’ get a separate billing according to the hospital its all in house billing.

I am receiving bills (for my mom’s healthcare) payable to Delaware Post-Acute Medical Services, PO Box 740512, Cincinnati, OH 45274-0512. The bills come from North Hollywood Billing Center, 8511 Fallbrook Ave – Ste 120, West Hills, CA 91304-3244. The doctor listed as the provider is located in Wilmington, DE and Newark, DE. Why does a doctor in DE use a CA billing company and receive payments in OH?

Her deceased mother has received three bills in the mail stating that they are final notices for $39.23 and $15.67. I states if paying by check, make payment to Virginia PAC Services PC (P.O. Box 740512, Cincinnati, OH 45274-0512). The letter/bill contains no contact information or company information, besides the addresses.
