I tried to purchase a Nintendo Switch: Animal Crossing Edition and Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. My mistake was ignoring the red flags and trying to rationalize that it was a third party and the “Buyers Protection” was what really fooled me. I thought that I could simply get a refund, so no harm no foul, right? Well, the contact email is invalid and there was no phone number. Tried to contact the seller through the contact info I found on PayPal, no response. I contacted UPS, PayPal, and my bank. My original claim was denied on PayPal and I sent a message if I could appeal. It was denied because the seller provided valid tracking info. However, I never received the package. I live in a house and I could see with the tracking number that it was delivered to a front desk. I mentioned that even in PayPal in the transaction, my house address was the shipping address and it was confirmed. I provided them the tracking number and the person I talked to managed to contact UPS to get more delivery info to confirm that it wasn’t sent to my house. After a month, I finally got a full refund. No thanks to this “company”.
