Type of a scam Online Purchase
I have noticed on their social media that they often advertise night light events in certain areas and then end up canceling or rescheduling. They then do not return money to customers who want refunds. They also do not respond to customer complaints on their social media and will advertise more future events. Some past customers have posted about the company completely abandoning their name due to all the customer complaints. They ended up creating an entirely new company name and posed as a different company that has a similar event to the company with the bad reputation known to scam people. They apparently hide under this new company name to gain the trust of previous and new customers and may start the scam all over again.
