I ordered what was advertised as a 17 inch long reborn “journey” baby doll. I paid $29.99 for it. When I received it in the mail, I got a 7 inch long doll with a ripped foot! I emailed the given email address and keep getting the run around about a refund when I expressed my disappointment. The person apologized and then asked me if I could send a picture of the ripped foot and I did. I then received an email asking if I would accept a 10% refund and the person proceeded to tell me how hard it was to run a business. I told them no, I wanted a full refund again. Them they returned my email asking me to not give any negative feedback before this was resolved and asked if I would accept a 20% refund now instead of 10%. I again said no, I want 100%. They refuse to give me a full refund and keep giving me the run around.
