Number called and said that they were Nicor.
They were very rude when I informed them that my number was not connected with our account in any way. I instructed her if this indeed was Nicor that they could contact the other number on the account. She demanded I tell her my name or the other name on the account. I refused and said good-bye and hung up. I called the number back and it went to a voicemail.
