Was quite disappointed with this purchase. I purchased a bowl with the bowl holder and bottle to dispense water and the plastic bottle was all bent. It was a bad quality plastic. Packaging was flimsy.
I purchased 1 cat bowl but they charged me for 2 and I’ve not received 1 and this was 8 weeks ago.

Yes, they have scammed me out of money for many bowls that I bought. They are not really from the U.S.A. The products are shipped from China. After awhile they will block your email number so they don’t have to deal with them. They try to wear you down so you will for get about it. Just so you know, don’t waste time trying to call customer service. Because it is only a recording that will hang up on you. They are [censored].
I didn’t read reviews until after I placed an order for a cat bowl with my credit card. I called & Im sure it wasn’t a live person and told them I was canceling my order & credit card. The order was April 24th. I got a text April 30th saying your order is on its way with a tracking number. I believe it’s a scam. I just got my old statement with the bill. I already got new credit card with new number. I would like this to be checked into right away. I think Im out the order but still have to pay for missing order. Many people,including myself are ordering pet products from them,and receiving bogus USPS tracking numbers,no way of contacting them, they say they will get back to you in 24 hours,and never do. People have been waiting for orders for 30 days or more.
