Type of a scam Online Purchase

I placed an order on June 16, 2019 for a NextKam camera system for my home & business. My credit card was charged $450.22. I received my receipt via email immediately. As of July 9, 2019, I have not received my order. When I tried to call their customer service number, there is a recording stating they cannot take my call right now. I proceeded to send NextKam an email to [email protected] inquiring about the order and received a generic message: Thanks for contacting us. We’ve received your email, and a member of our nextkam™? will be in touch with you. Due to the volume of the emails we receive, we will be as responsive as possible but might take up to two business days to assist you. Please look for an email thread from this email and we will get back to you shortly. Thank you for supporting nextkam™?. Best regards, nextkam™? I have filed a fraud claim with my credit card company.
