I purchased a "trial" bottle of Neuactive Skin cream and their eye cream. Neither did anything for my skin. I rechecked the website and found that it was really a monthly membership of $89. I called to cancel the membership. Then they charged me $89 for the "trial" bottle! It only lasted 14 days! They suck you in with a $4.95 shipping for the "trial" bottle and then they want to charge you $89 a month. I guess I didn’t read the fine print. Usually, when you try a new product for skin care, you need to use it for a month to see if there is any change. This is a total scam!!! I will go back to using my Avon products.
