Total money lost $200

Type of a scam Identity Theft

I initially received a pop up on my chrome book telling me there was something wrong with my computer. They stated that they were windows certified and detected problems. I paid them 200 dollars on July 21 of last year, and they initially fixed my computer. They installed several things on my computer to keep it running efficiently, and they were supposed to fix any problem with my computer for one year. They continue to call me and tell me there is something wrong with my computer, even though it is running fine. They have harasesed me since last year by continually calling me even when I told them not to. They call from many different numbers, some of which I cannot call back. Recently, they have used profanity in another language when we tried to talk with them.
