Type of a scam Tech Support
The company represented themselves as a Roku support service. When I called thye told me they needed to remote into my system to help. As the call progressed and they showed me the errors in my computer, they said I had 2 options to get my system fixed. Both costing money. I expressed that fact that are scamming people. The rep called himself steven however his remote name was kurt smith. I should have went with my first instinct and hung up the phone and not allowed them to remote in my system. Now my fear is they steal my identity.
