scammers got a hold with netgear wifi extender website, fake pop-up support window obtained my phone #, called me and gained access to my computer, providing me fake diagnosis stating my network has been compromised and in order for tech support to help me install the wifi extender, the tech fee is 89/hour and will take about 2 hours of work to complete, further fee is 299 for 3 years of network security.
I realized it was a scam, got the person off the computer, the phone number did not display caller ID shown "No Caller ID" on my phone.
