Type of a scam Tech Support
I called them thinking it was Netflix tech support. They had me download a program to share my screen called Go To Assist. Then the woman opened my OS terminal (I use Mac OS). But that was when I suspected a scam, so immediately stopped sharing the screen and deleted everything before she could do anything. I can only imagine what would have happened if I had let her continue. The woman sounded Indian, and I could hear a lot of other people talking in the background. Please be careful!
