Received numerous phone calls from a foreign speaking female by the name of Jennie Williams, lots of noise in the back ground and hard to understanding. Very pushy too. She states she is representative from microsoft. She has my CSI number, verifying that my identity, my emails are being used in mexico, pakistian. My understanding that I have firewall protection when by hackers aren’t able to get excess. I plan on changing all my passwords etc. To the point where I’m going to get a new phone number too.
