Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered an item off this website through Paypal. The payment showed up as going to a "Thien Luong", email address: [email protected] A couple days later I was provided a tracking# from FedEx. As the package was traveling closer to my home, it then suddenly went back to where it originated from, and was signed for by an "Aasher." At this point the seller had already received payment for my item. I called FedEx who informed me the seller requested the item back to himself during transit. I then tried to contact the seller through a phone# listed on the website, which is now disconnected, and an email address: [email protected], which was invalid. I also sent an email to [email protected], and never received a reply. I had to open a claim with Paypal, who initially were going to deny it b/c the seller then provided them a tracking #. I had to explain to Paypal the item was not delivered anywhere near my home, and was signed for by someone else. Paypal then provided me a refund. These people are taking paypal payments, then probably once they have access to the money, they request shipments back to themselves so you never get your item. To this day the seller has never responded to me.

Made an online purchase via a Google sponsored ad image for a Fitbit heart rate monitor with the company in question (Neraxa). Paid for the purchase on 7/30/17 with confirmation that funds were debited. Order shows as "still processing" and a listed phone number for contact (Thien Luong) is disconnected. Seller is "unavailable" when I went through Paypal to report the problem. The claim has been escalated, however I unfortunately did not know that Paypal had a Purchase Protection Program that would have covered my expense.
