Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
There is an event called PaintDrop Paint Party Scheduled for Saturday, February 27th at the Col Ballroom, Davenport, IA. The event promoters recently changed their name from Neon Splash, to Paint Drop. Looking through their previously hosted events in cities around the US, I had found people complaining about their events being cancelled and people waiting on refunds, ticket winners and vip ticket purchaser not receiving said winnings or vip upgrades. They also used a voting system for local DJs and talent to recruit people to event page to gain votes to play event. In this voting system, djs were accruing fake facebook profile votes to win a time slot at event. This event is ages 16+ at a venue that will be serving alcohol. I don’t believe that this event organizer is presenting and hosting their event with integrity or with the safety and satisfaction of their ticket buyers in mind. I mainly don’t want people in my community getting ripped off by this traveling event that appears to be a scam.
