I received a phone call from Neil Thomas, phone number 202-864-1374 ext 112. Saying that he was a able to give out $9000.00 from the IRS as a grant. Money was to be used for good. I was then told that I would need to send $250.00 dollars for the handling fee. After I made this payment the money was still not sent to me. I was then transferred to another gentleman by the name of Joseph Duko, phone number, 206-923-9229. I then was told I had to send him another $500.00 to him and then the money would be transferred. I did not have another $500.00. He then said If I sent half of the $500.00 he would pay the other half.
