Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I thought I was buying the NeatCell picosecond laser. What I received in the mail was a cheap face vacuum for dermabrasion in generic wrapping, with no shipping label. I tried calling the numbers to contact someone, but no one was there. I filed a complaint with PayPal, but because they shipped a product, even though it was not the right product, my case was denied. I’m out $80. Not a terrible amount, but the entire situation was upsetting. I don’t know where the company is located because there is no address listed on their website. The URL info shows the website was created on July 15, 2019 (less than 8 weeks ago) in Iowa.
