I received a phonecall from NCO Arbitration saying I owed $500.00 that was deposited in December of 2011. He tried to confirm my social security number but I would not confirm. He also said if I wasn’t going to cooperate I’d have to file a police report because I was going to be prosecuted. He said I had been contacted 3 times by a collection agency (which obviously I haven’t). He wanted my email address, which I did not give him. I told him I knew nothing about the situation and after several minutes hung up on him.
