In googling the phone number for Navient Student Loans, this is the phone number that populated in the google search engine. In calling the number, the Representative Issah asked for my name, date of birth and social security number in order to pull up my student loan. Immediately after obtaining the information he hung up on me. I called back thinking we got disconnected and went through the same process. After I provided my information, the other Representative hung up on me again. I immediately searched through my records to obtain a different phone number for Navient. When I spoke with the Navient Representative, they informed me that the phone number I initially called was a fraudulent phone number. Be ware!
