I have for the last 2 weeks gotten calls on numerous occasions from these numbers, 224-206-5056/224-206-5045/224-206-5056 all claiming they are with Nationwide Insurance and wanting to know information about the person. Today, June 14th, 2018, I received 7 calls from 224-206-5045. The time is only 1:30 pm. The caller is always a different person, they want to know your name, how many people are in the house,etc. They start by saying I notice you applied for health insurance, etc.
