Received text message from this man under the guise of him being interested in purchasing a vehicle I have listed for sale on craigslist. He then tried to direct me to the website nationalvinreports.com to pay for a vehicle history report.

Scammer texts vehicle sellers with vehicles listed on craigslist.org. Scammer states they are interested in vehicle and makes appointment to see vehicle. Scammer first wants seller to complete a VIN check using nationalvinreports.com website. A fraudulent/scam website.
