I was on a website for Department of Motor vehicles and clicked a link for lost car titles. The ad I accessed requested that I contact NTR Title Recovery via text message to obtain my title. I was asked to go to a Walmart nearby and wire $200 via MoneyGram to Steven Saffold in Alabama. After I sent Payment, I did not receive my title. When I contacted Steven back to let him know I had not received my title yet, Steven kept stating that he would either refund my money or send me a duplicate. I never received a refund nor my title.
