Type of a scam Home Improvement
Unsure of this is a scam, I got a postcard asking for info about my income and my home promising home improvement money in the form of low interest loans, discounts or grants from an address in Newport News, VA and a return address to Dunmore, PA.
I do have the postcard itself as well as more pictures if you need them.
