Received phone call from an unknown number, a mans voice said hello, I responded hello. He said can you hear me and I said yes. Then there was audible click on the line and then a recorded message started to play. This is National One calling about…I hung up at that point. Called the number from another line and it is offering to place you on a do not call list.
