Voicemail left with a call back phone number. When you call you are asked to pay a shipping charge with credit or debit card. The city for the phone number did not match the city that the call center person told me. So I asked if I could speak with the manager/supervisor. The supervisor refused to tell me the address of the business and hung up on me.
