Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
The company is requesting I paid $4,000 for a loan of $110,000. However, I am unable to find the company details on the yellow pages. The contract that they send to sign has numerous spelling and grammar mistake. The address of the company is typed incorrected i.e. New Market, Maine Street (instead of Main Street) & I am unable to find a picture or view the company on google earth.
During our first conversation on the phone, I told Mr James Newman that the fees too high and I want to lower the loan amount from $110,000 to $25,000 or $50,000 but he insisted that I was already approved (regardless I didn’t receive a contract or sign any documents yet) and refused to lower the loan amount & fees.
