Nano Store

My mother ordered a pet bed in August of 2020. She still hasn’t received it and they keep promising a refund and have to do it.

On September 9, 2020 I ordered 2 pet anxiety beds from the Nano store that I saw on Facebook. Today is 10/10/2020 and I have not yet received my order. I called them on different occasions and they said due to covid the order is taking longer to complete. Their address is in Thousand Oaks CA and I thought my order was coming from there but now they say my order is in customs at LAX because it came from overseas. I don’t want an overseas product I just want my money back. They said I would have to wait until I get my order and then I can send it back and they will refund my money but it would take about 2 months to get my money back. This is a scam. Don’t ever buy from this company. I hope I can get my money back.

Made a purchase of 2 pet beds. Tried to contact them and email comes back as no such address. Call and it rings 1x and goes to busy signal. Says I will be charged $49.95 after 30 days if I don’t cancel. I want to cancel and can’t get ahold of them

I was on my husband’s cell on the internet on 4-28-2020 at 1:27a.m. and we saw and an advertisement with the name The Nano Store for dog beds and we ordered two and the price was $24.23 but we were billed $165.30 on credit card. We tried to cancel with the number that was on the advertisement, but they didn’t cancel it they re-ordered 1-844-943-0552, but when I called them they don’t have any record about us. On my credit card statement shows up as the Best Offer Store. Order numbers 12846, 12848. When we read the ad on cell phone it said 52%, so it would have been $24.23 each so when they added up they came up with $165.30, that’s when we called and tried to cancel, and they ordered it again, and that’s when we called and they say they don’t know who we are they don’t know Best Offer Store and The Nano Store, we called back again and spoke with manager (he had a loud voice) and he said he didn’t know who we were and then hung up. I filed a police report and they said to contact BBB.

My mom tapped on an ad for a dog bed that appeared in a Happy Color app she has downloaded on her phone. She proceeded to purchase one large "Nano Store L 70 4-1 Luxury Anti-Anxiety Pet Bed" for her dog from this business using her debit card information. Thereafter, in a purchase order email, the business sent her confirmation for 4 dog beds–the others extra small dog beds–that she never ordered and automatically enrolled her in a "VIP Subscription" that charges $49.85 a month after 30 days.

On the multiple occasions, she and we–her family–have tried to reach out by phone, the phone line is either busy or forces you to wait endlessly on hold. The one time she did make contact, she was confronted with a customer service with an an unfamiliar, foreign accent and promised a refund soon. She hasn’t received a refund.

As I started to investigate, the website looks unprofessional and suspect. The customer support email addresses are inconsistent. One even has a domain that references Columbia (.co) though the address says California.
