The caller says she is Nancy, your Patient Advacote and she has tried numberous times to reach me concerning a brace for my back or knee. If you listen all the way through she says press 9 not to be called again but that doesn’t work.
She has called 6 times (2 times each day) between 1/3/20 and 1/6/20 – did not call on the 5th which was a Sunday)

I’m 77 years old. Phone calls from Nancy, Patient Advocate, 419-740-4107, threatens that I must accept medical devices or Medicare will label me ineligible for Medicare benefits. When you call back the message is: "This is Nancy, your patient advocate working closely with Medicare. This is an urgent message for all patients on Medicare. We have tried numerous times to contact you through the mail and now by telephone regarding your eligibility for top of the line braces to alleviate your pain and increase mobility This is your final notice if you do not act soon Medicare will label you ineligible for coverage press one now to speak with me or another pain specialist or press one to be put on the Do Not Call list." Telling them not to call is useless.
