I ordered a 5ft electronic animated Nutcracker with Drum it arrived today after almost 2 months from time of order, it is a 1 ft wooden Nutcracker with Drum, it is awful and I could have bought better in the pound shop. It was advertised through facebook and I paid with Paypal £44.88. It is a complete SCAM.
I also ordered the 5 ft tall musical nutcracker at 50.99 and received a dime store 12 inch tall nutcracker. NO music, no lights. This was advertised on Facebook and paid through Paypal. I have contacted Paypal but no response yet.
I ordered an animated nutcracker Christmas decoration that was suppose to be 5-6 feet tall and play music. I paid 49.95 for the deluxe model. what I received was a cheap 13 inch music box. The figure is 11″ tall. I would not describe it as animated the arms move by way of wires that attach to the wind up music box’s mechanism. It has cheap glitter decorations probably worth a maximum if $10. Pay Pal and Facebook should not do business with this company since it is a scam. I would like to know how to get a refund. It is suppose to have a 3 year warranty.
I ordered a laptop table from them thru a facebook ad. What I got was cheep and missing parts. I contacted them several times and got no response. I turned it into Paypal. While on vacation they responded to Paypal on Oct. 14, that I had to sent it to them by Oct 24th if I wanted a refund. There was no way I could get back by then, so I couldn’t ship it back.
This company is a FRAUD. FALSE ADVERTISING. CHARGE YOU $$$ For products that you can purchase at a dollar store! I want a refund and you can shove your merchandise where the sun doesn’t shine
I ordered two of these items for Father’s day. I placed my order May 9, 2020 and did not received my order until July 16. Both items are missing pieces and will never function as described in the instructions. I have tried to contact for a refund but there is not paperwork in the shipping and no phone number.
Same thing happened to me. I lost 79.99 because I ordered two, thinking I would give one for a gift. I have tried all week to resolve the issue and just get messages back about giving me 12.00 and to keep the product. I am so frustrated and disappointed and PayPal is no help! They are supposed to protect us but they don’t. These scammers are criminals and are getting away with our hard earned money. I have done a lot of online purchases over the past few months because of staying at home. This is a hard lesson! .
Ordered merchandise from a Facebook add on June 6th. By July 23rd it still has not arrived and the company is totally unresponsive and Paypal isn’t doing much about it either. Total scam. The company, its officers and all affiliates should be barred from doing business in the US ever again.

They had an ad on Facebook about a portable laptop stand and that it had guaranteed delivery by Mother’s Day. I had ordered it on May 3rd. I received it today (June 13th) with missing parts and not what was described. All that was in the small box was only the top part of the stand without the parts that makes it able to stand. Even the included directions shows the parts that I should have received with it. I’ve tried contacting the business, but no response. Their ad was through Tastefulty on Facebook. I’ve never been scammed for online purchases before.
