Puppies for sale. Only accepts wire transfer. 1/2 pmt up front. 1/2 when the puppy gets to you. Scammer –
Asks for $300 up front then tells you the travel arrangements have been made for the dog. Then that company asks for $1285 (where $1200 is "refundable") for insurance to ship the dog. This money is also only paid by wire transfer. (To someone with that same last name as scammer). Phillips. Watch for Nana Andrew Elvis Phillips.
Then there is no more contact. That transport company is a real company- but they are just using the name. The actual company does not in any way work with wire transfers.
