Total money lost $117

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw an advertisement on facebook for Clemson quilts, and my grandsons wanted these for their bedrooms. I ordered 2, and paid $117.00, which was deducted from my bank account through PayPal (who is currently investigating my claim, as well). These orders were placed on November 3, 2018, and the money was deducted from my account immediately after the order was placed. I waited a couple of weeks before contacting them at the "contact us" email listed on the email confirmation of my order. I got an email response that was written in broken English, and it stated that delivery could be delayed because of weather and other problems during the holidays and for me to be patient. Then I got a tracking number from DHL Delivery service, and it even had a tracking number which took me to the US Postal Service site. So I suppose PayPal, DHL, and facebook are caught in this scam. I wish I had not been so gullible and had checked them out, but I have never had this kind of thing happen. Facebook should also be investigating this because I have seen several complaints on facebook about this "quilting company." They have used the Fine Bedding Company name, as well, but there is no city, state, country, phone number, or name anywhere to be found on the nanathread.com website, and "bgholding.net" doesn’t even exist.

Surely someone can do something about this. I have seen several reports online of this company taking people’s hard-earned money, and evidently they are getting away with this. I don’t even know if Canada is their location because nothing can be traced or verified. I hope someone can find the owner(s) of this scam and put an end to this.

They took my money as well. I dont know where to start. I’ve just let it go. Have you had luck with reimbursement?

Do not order a college quilt from "NanaThread"….it is a scam. They take your money and do NOT send the merchandise !

I ordered two quilts for my grandsons on Nov. 1 and they never came, there is no phone number, and the site no longer exists !

Company advertises university related bedding materials via Facebook. Clicked their link and purchased multiple items on 10/31/18. Received an order confirmation email with links to track the order status. Followed links to their website. Was advised my order# could not be found. There is a link on their site to contact customer support. It doesn’t work. After research, found a way to contact customer support via email. Amazingly, they responded. Was advised their order tracking system was under maintenance and that my order was in the system and I should expect a shipping notification shortly. A week later I still received "order not found" when trying to track my order. Contacted CS by email again. That night at 04:00 received email notifications that 2 of my 3 items had shipped. Included was a shipping tracking number with DHL. Clicked the tracking number to find shipping labels supposedly had been created a week earlier. No further shipping status since that "activity" Contacted Nana Thread customer service again and was assured everything was normal with the process, 5 days later (11/27) I contacted DHL and they advised the labels had been created on 11/18 and 11/18 but that no packages had been received by their company. Nana Thread customer service is no longer responding to my emails. I contacted my CC company to dispute the charge. Since i have found multiple complaints on FB from consumers having the same experience with this vendor.
