I ordered a Waterpik Flosser on June 21, 2020 from Biluxy.com, my payment was processed through an online company in the amount of $39.99. After I paid a name appeared on my receipt showing who received my payment as well as the name of a processing company. I also got an email from Biluxy.com thanking me for my order which included the details of my order. There was no tracking number and a time frame when I am supposed to get the Waterpik. As I read down further on the website after placing an order, I saw the Better Business Bureau online with people’s comments who did not receive the items ordered from Biluxy. I contacted the company who processed my payment and was given a different merchant name that wasn’t listed on my receipt, and was told that I can contact the merchant by email. I emailed the merchant listed on the payment processing company asking for the tracking number, I did not hear from the merchant so I sent another one today cancelling the order. I also called the phone number listed on the website and left a message, unfortunately, no one returned my call. Found out that the phone number listed on the company’s website doesn’t belong to them. Biluxy.com is unreliable and it involves 3rd parties in selling their online products. Buyer’s beware of this devious company. Pricing of their products is cheap, but there is no delivery guarantee. They don’t have a valid email address for contact, tried sending an email on their support, but the message could not be sent.
