After seeing an ad for shirts on Facebook, I placed an order with Namaste Collections online for 4 shirts totaling $93.96. Ten weeks later I have not received them. When I’ve contacted customer service, I’m told delays are due to Covid and that the order is "processing" and can’t be canceled. They give me tracking numbers, which are a totally fake thing – they either show with zero activity, or show with a ton of activity all the way up to "out for delivery" and then starting over at "shipping from warehouse". I’ve asked for a refund and have not gotten one.
