Type of a scam Home Improvement
I had contracted them for repair of my attic pulldown stairs. They said over the phone that this would take 3-4 hours for completion. Upon arrival, the tech said it would, in fact, take two people and several days. I did not have capacity for this as I have a small child and I work fulltime so I told him to forget it. No job AT ALL was completed and the tech was here for less than 5 minutes and they charged me nearly 200 dollars.
Furthermore, neither myself or my husband signed anything that day, the signature on the receipt that they attached tmvyn credit card company is FRUADULENT and FORGED. It’s not my signature, and it’s not my husband’s signature. The photo they attached is the photo I sent them before they even came. Nothing was fixed, no materials or labor were used/rendered, not even so much as one nail.
Both my husband and I have called and emailed them on several occasions, but they never reply. Nail It Handyman are blatant liars and fraudsters and I would appreciate you relating this information to any and all agencies that monitor fraudulent companies so that this does not happen again to another unsuspecting customer.
