I ordered a toy on August 31st, and didn’t receive it. On 9/11 I requested a ETA and they gave me a tracking number that wasn’t even my order. Only way to reach anyone is via email/message. No phone number on the website should have been a clue. I was able to dispute this with my credit card as I didn’t receive the product. Stay clear of this site!

Order a toy on August 26th, and didn’t receive it. Says it was shipped but no tracking number. Only way to reach anyone is via email/message but they don’t respond to those either. No phone number on the website should have been a clue. I was able to dispute this with my credit card as I didn’t receive the product.

I ordered a wagon for my granddaughter’s birthday. No shipping information received, so I tried to call the number located on their website. That number is not a working number. I googled the address provided on their website and it is an address for the Walmart store. Looks like I am out $137, and my sweet granddaughter will not have her birthday gift in time for her party. Please do not make my mistake. I normally research first, and wish I had paid a little closer attention this time. If I had read the previous complaints first, then I would not be posting my own complaint. NOT A LEGITIMATE SITE!

I ordered a cricut and they canceled my order because they said the payment was not approved but I checked with my bank and they said that the company did get my payment so I emailed them back and they said they put a hold on my payment and they cannot take the hold off of my payment and to check with my bank I called my bank and myhomecup.com has to take the hold off first then I can be refunded they are acting like it is a glitch in their system and the person Stevens lee he called me a super [censored] buyer and said that he removed the hold and the he emailed me back saying that they are still working on it so I asked him I thought you said it was fixed and then he said that it is not his fault. Please stop this company from doing this to other people it is not right for them to use Google shopping to scam people
