Type of a scam Online Purchase
This is the second website I contacted on April 2nd also for 20 rolls of toilet paper that I have not received. It does not provide an address but it also displays a USA logo atop their page. The order number for them is 16658. The tracking number is LY105077004CN. the tracking website they provided is https://www.17track.net/en. The total cost for this order is $42.98. On the bottom of the text message she sent me is a name "Monica." She refuses to give back my monies. Each time I contact her about refunding my monies she sends another text back the next day telling me to wait. I told her it was over 40 days, after she said 20 days, and that I didn’t want to wait anymore. I explained that I have found toilet paper in Kansas because her order has taken so long. She refuses to give me back my monies. On the website I found that it said Myfolook is affiliated with Shopify, I don’t know if this is true, or if it is another scam to make themselves look legal. Anyways I have been duped by them and Mystery Treasures. Both occurred on the same day, both are showing China locations on the tracking site, neither of them have sent me the product, and neither of them have refunded my monies. The description of the transaction for this company (Myfolook) on my credit card statement where the money went to is PAYPAL*NEWCHU4029357733CA. I have filed a report with FTC about both companies. That report number is 118541170.
