I purchased a ticket online May 9, 2020. They sent me my itinerary. My flight was scheduled for 5/22/20. When I checked in I was told my flight was cancelled by Flightsearch the same day I made the reservation, 5/09/20. They didn’t let me know what they had done. I had to buy a ticket at the counter that cost three times more. I still haven’t received my refund. So many phone calls, emails I have lost track. They sent me a check mid August that bounced. Now I am in for more money owed to me. I don’t understand how this so called company is still up and running to this day. They run under several names. I have reported them to the BBB and the transportation department many months ago. They’re still ripping people off. I don’t get it.
