I reached out to My Happy Tail Shiba Inu as I was looking for a shiba inc puppy. I contacted them initially through email and they told me that they have puppies available and contact them through text which I did. We corresponded many times through text and they showed me videos of the puppy we wanted to purchase. They wanted me to use Cash App but it did not work for me so I wired through Zelle $1,000. They called me the next day over the phone that they said that they were unable to access the money. I was too trusting as well in love with the puppy I purchased another $500 in Amazon gift cards to send to them since they said they needed the inaccessible funds to ship the puppy. They kept informing me that the puppy will be shipped but I soon realized it was a scam when they asked for more money. They kept texting me and calling me the next day but I stopped responding. After falling to the scam, I did more research and learned that all the pictures and text on their website is just a copy and paste from other legitimate sites. Please be careful when shopping for animals online and you must meet the animal in person first before giving any money.
