I purchased hair from this website for $500 to try and make a few dollars as a side business. After I received the hair Upon review, I noticed right away that hair was NOT 100% human hair. Item not as described as on website. I asked for a refund. Seller was very upset that I wanted to return the hair and that I filed a dispute with PP. Even though on their website is says money back guaranteed if you’re not completely happy or satisfied with product. Seller agreed and promised to refund my money and he gave me a shipping address to return it to. I have all the messages between us. I returned the hair, paid $67.40 just to return the hair. Hair was confirmed signed and delivered and now seller REFUSES to issue my refund. I have sent them countless emails and messages to no avail. So now he has my $500 and the hair. I am a single mother of 2. I can’t afford to just lose $500 like this. VERY dishonest owner and business. Scamming and deceiving US tax paying consumers. Do not shop from this company. They are scammers. They will steal your money and send you fake mix hair. Very dishonest stole my money. Complete scammers! This is so upsetting.
