I went yesterday to buy tennies only to wear around house & they hurt so this morning i go back to return the shoes & some girl karen at customer service desk was rude telling me next time dont take off the ticket on shoes & that she will make an exception to return my money!? She went on to say its new policy since Feb 2020 i told her had no idea & i was leaving to let her know she was very rude to be nicer she cuts me off & says next in line… There was no body behind me in line! Rude lady karen needs to better educate herself to get training on customer service! Shoes we’re not even worn outside !

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes from the website and it gave me a delivery date and everything. Well the shoes never showed up so I emailed them and they emailed me back saying they were out of stock and waiting for some more from the company well about 3 weeks later I emailed them again and got the same response so about 2 weeks after that I went to look up the website and it was nowhere to be found. So I believe that they beat me out of my money.

Total Scam! I ordered a Fitbit and never received it. Things looked legit at first, I got a order confirmation email, then another stating that my order was being prepared for shipping. Then nothing. I emailed several times and got no response. Then the entire website disappeared. My PayPal account showed I paid $100 to Scott Moore in Ohio. My Academy Shop is allegedly located Oregon. Luckily I was able to dispute the charge and got a refund via American Express. Watch our for these sleazy scammers!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from the website on 5/22/20. During the payment step I was directed to PayPal and paid the amount $172. Later I received a receipt from Paypal that I paid $172 to a Heather Meissnest. This name is not listed anywhere on the website. I haven’t received the items ordered through the website and there’s no contact number. Even though I received several initial responses to my inquiries about the order from their contact email [email protected], they stopped responding after my third attempt. I believe this website to be a scam. I’d like to report it so that other people don’t get scammed like me. The email of this merchant on PayPal is [email protected] I saw other complaints on the website about it being a scam as well. Please help spread the word about this scam and help to take action. Thank you.

I bought a pair of running shoes, they shipped and were then “delivered”. When I didn’t actually receive the package I called our local UPS in which they said the package was delivered to a different local address which had been delivered correctly. She told me this is something she’s seen in scammers, they will take a tracking number for another local package and attach it to your “order”. You can’t file a claim with the carrier because they technically delivered the package. There is no number to call the vendor, even though they claim to have “award winning customer service”.
