I was on my computer and saw an ad pop up for inexpensive Muck Boots. The popup brought me to mucksu.com. A few days later, I decided to buy the boots, so I went directly to www.mucksu.com and bought 4 pairs of Muck Boots. I received an emailed tracking number and a few weeks later, I received a bracelet in the mail instead of my boots. I wrote to them questioning the bracelet and they told me that my order must have accidentally been switched with another order. As time passed, I reached back out to the company and was told that my order was out of stock and that I needed to choose from a variety of different products such as face masks and bracelets. I emailed stating that I didn’t want another product and that now I wanted a refund. I was told I could receive a 32% refund once I returned the bracelet but that I’d have to pay for shipping (the "company" is located in Hong Kong). Obviously I wasn’t going to do that… The payment was processed by EPL*Fayerwar Co. The email address I was communicating with was [email protected] This is a total scam.

I order some boots because they were cheap and it said it you order over 70 dollars its free shipping. Come to find out its a fake website. So I called my card to dispute the charge and emailed the website saying I want to cancel my order. Thankfully I noticed it a few minutes after ordering.
