I first received a call on my cell phone from a man identifying himself as a UPS driver informing me that he had an envelope for me from Publishers Clearing House. He then told me to call Mr Chen at 772-207-4498 to verify my winning and coordinate details. I called Mr Chen who informed me I had won money and a Cadillac. I believe he said my winning was $900,000. He went on to request that I go to a western union site to meet to pick up car and either hand over or send 1 % of the winnings and to pick up car. He also told me to come alone. I did not meet him nor did I send any money.
