Type of a scam Debt Collections
The person who said she is a supervisor read off my full s.s.# over the phone. Anyone around them would and could hear. They threatened to take my tax return and or paychecks. The loan date she said was over 7 yrs old. I was given a email letter no address for them on it. She also told me it will be filed before I could recieve a letter from them in the mail. Can I please have help finding out if this company is doing things wrong…scam…etc. thank you
