Type of a scam Debt Collections
My sister got a call (which I don’t know why they did not call me) saying I had a debt collection and that I was going to get some legal papers withing a couple of hrs; If not available they were going to go to my work place or closest family member. They gave her a number where I called and "Chad" went through the case # and convinced me that if I did not pay I would go to court and sent to jail. Scared arranged payment method and they took out the first payment las t month. In the bank statement it comes out to Capital Link, however the company name they used was "monroe management" still have the voicemail…Now that I look at all the comments said about the number it’s a scam.
