I ordered clothing from the website. The payment method was a bit confusing but it appeared to go through. Then, I never received a confirmation email, so there was no way to track or follow up on the order. There is no phone number or address on the website. I messaged the company via their Facebook page. The grammar was poor and they responded in ways that were not related to my requests and were off-putting. I’ve disputed the transaction with my bank and have reported them on Facebook and here at BBB.

I ordered $117 dollars of merchandise on 29 Jan 2020 and have not received my order 2 months later. (Today’s date is 20 Mar 2020.) I received a confirmation email, but they have not responded to multiple email requests asking about the status of my order. There is no phone number or physical address on their website, modfitting.com.
